  • OHCA's Quality Advocate Certification: PDF | DOC
    The Quality Advocate Certification Program recognizes assisted living, residential care, and nursing facility members who actively engage in quality improvement practices. Criteria for certification requires a multi-dimensional approach to measuring and achieving quality long term care. Regulatory compliance, quality improvement programs, resident and family satisfaction, staff retention strategies, and person centered care practices are required QI activities to receive Quality Advocate certification.
